Jia Cheng is proficient in the human resources field, particularly in talent acquisition, ​human resource management, ​and HRMS. Jia Cheng is well-versed in Employment Law and Compliance, ​Fundamental Business Law, and Employee ​Engagement. He is a passionate advocate for Sustainability among ​youths and was featured on multiple platforms, ​such as Lianhe Zaobao, Channel News Asia, and the National Youth ​Council marketing materials such as the ​#Trailblazer YouTube series and the #YoungChangeMakerGrant Facebook ​series.

In terms of achievements, Jia Cheng was one of the nine awardees for the prestigious Lee Kuan Yew Model Student ​​Award 2023, and one of the ten selected top students awarded the Lee Kuan Yew-STEP Scholarship 2023 for the ​​Polytechnic category. In recognition of Jia Cheng's outstanding academic performance, he was among the two ​​awardees for the HSBC Centenary Scholarship 2023 at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Moving away from industry skills, Jia Cheng is proficient with tools like Canva (Advanced) for creative media ​designs ​and can operate Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. From his past experiences, Jia Cheng is well-versed in ​handling ​Microsoft Office products and can analyse statistics using Microsoft Excel functions.

Organised Events

Being the Director of The Sandbox Advocates at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, I have been planning for exciting events for ​the students to enrich themselves and learn more about entrepreneurship. These events includes panel discussion ​with industry speakers, learning journeys to prestigious companies, as well as workshops and other enrichments.
